This program such as the packet holiday with family (if the employee already marriage). Usually held once a year for example in June or July. The company will bear the cost of accommodation there as airfare and hotel.
4.      Extra training and seminars for employees
This program is given to all employees of the company. Training given to developing employee job performance and career development. Seminars given in order to improve employee knowledge and insight about the development of technology. Training is given twice a year and seminars four times a year.
5.      Clean office rooms
Clean and comfortable office rooms are very helpful employees in work. Every day, Office Boy/Girl must to clean the rooms. The rooms also equipped with AC or fan.
